Civil Partnership Dissolution: Assistance with dissolving civil partnerships and advice on dealing negotiating a financial settlement.

Separation Agreements: Advice on pursuing a legal separation instead of a divorce, which can be an option for some couples.

Court Orders: We ensure that the financial settlement is legally finalaised with a Consent Order which is approved by the Court.
